MBody has teamed up with High Performance Nutrition to bring you the best pre-workout supplement available. P3 has been used to fuel the recent MB8 workout Plan and has become a staple of my nutrition plan. I've tried tons of different supplements and have even gone months without any at all. This product is by far the BEST I've found. There is a reason that MBody has not associated themselves with any supplement company until now. Most are full of CRAP.



They contain proprietary blends meaning they get away with putting the bare minimum. Most have artifical sweeteneres and ultimately are just in it to make money. Now, does HPN want to make money? Of course! They're a business, too. But, what I love about this company is that they are not willing to sacrifice the integrity of their product just to make a buck.



Why is P(3) so expensive? P(3) only contains the best ingredients. There are no fillers. There is no proprietary blend. There are no artificial sweeteners. Only the best to bring about the best results. I've seen major gains in my strength and conditioning as well as body composition. Would I have seen results without P3? Probably. But they wouldn't have been as drastic not to mention the intensity I've been able to sustain during my training.



I've tried pre-workout supplements before. They just jack you up. How is this different? Unlike all the other pre-workout supplements out there, P3 isn't full of caffeine, Yohimbe, and other stimulants. I'm extremely sensitve to caffeine and back in my early training days was just burning my adrenals with other highly caffenaited products. This has not been the case with P3. It gives me just enough of a kick, about the same as a cup of coffee, to get me through the toughest workouts.



I'm not a bodybuilder. Why do I need this? Are you an athlete? If you're training consists of a few curls and a stint on the treadmill than PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. However, if you're a competitve athlete you need the edge. P3 is for anyone who pushes themselves in the gym or on the field. It's for anyone looking for the competitive advantage. For those of  you that don't compete in a traditional sport (CrossFit, Kettlebell Sport) you will still get amazing results. Even if you compete in nothing at all then body composition, strength and size are what's important to you. This will help with all of those things.

Check the nutrition info for the details, but the key ingredients are pharmaceutical grade L-Carnitine Tartrate, Trans-Resveratrol, Creapure Creatine, and Carnosyn Beta-Alanine. How do I use P3? Take it 30 minutes before an intense weight training session. Take it consistently and watch your numbers and body change for the better. I know I did.



Is this expensive? Define expensive. I used to spend hundreds of dollars a month on a bunch of different products. I now spend a fraction of that with P3, Formula 1 and a BCAA supplement. That's all I use and that's all I need. P3 goes in line with the MBody philosophy of only providing the best. I am making P3 availabe because it has done such as great job for me and I love the company.
