Strength Bands are a great way to add
assist you in in your training!
Red: 1/2' - 5-20lbs of resistance: Red
bands are great for stretching
and light assistance work with smaller joint exercises.
Black: 1' - 20-35lbs of resistance: Black
bands are great for walking
exercises for smaller frame and weight trainees. Try some lateral walks
with these bad boys and you'll see what we mean!
Purple: 1 1/4"- 30-70lbs of resistance:
Purple bands are great for
stronger individuals who are looking to incorporate band work into
their dynamic movements. Lunges, shuffles, etc are all great exericses
to perform with the Purple Band.
Green: 1 3/4" - 50-120lbs of
resistance: Green bands are great for
those are close to mastering the pullup and dip. If you're almost
there, but just need a little help, this is a great way to help.
Blue: 2 1/2" - 100-150lbs of resistance:
Blue bands are perfect for
those just starting with pull ups and other bodyweight exercises and
need some assistance.
Orange: 3 1/4" - 150-240lbs of
resistance: Orange bands are for those
who are looking to increase the intensity of their lifts. Add to
deadlifts, squats, and bench for added resistance.
